Warranty Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

Congratulations on being the proud owner of Bonita product!

All Bonita products are manufactured under strict quality control guidelines. However, in a rare case of malfunctioning, Bonita products carry a warranty* against manufacturing defects.

Bonita warrants that in case the product is found to have any manufacturing defect, it shall repair or replace the same at its sole discretion within the warranty period. Notwithstanding the above, the foregoing warranty shall not apply on the following:

Any defect or damage caused to the product due to the natural wear & tear.
Any defect or damage arising from reasons attributable to the purchaser/ third party, including without limitation willful actions, negligence, mishandling, improper storage, improper fitting, misuse or improper repair.
Any other defect or damage occurring or being notified after the warranty period, including but not limited to any latent defect.

Please contact the store from where the product was purchased with original copy of the bill/ invoice and warranty card duly stamped, to process the warranty claim. No claim will be entertained in absence of valid invoice/ bill. You can also email to sales@bonitaglobal.com.

*Warranty: Ranges from 1 year to 10 years, varying from product to product.
